Reroot Organic Farm is the host of our school and our amazing supporter. Their CSA's are full of veggies that our school helps plant, harvest and pack. Please contact them at info@reroot.ca to be put on their CSA list.

Reroot organic is a small, diversified farm producing local, organic and handcrafted food in the fertile soil of Wellington County. Established in 2007 on borrowed land, in 2010 reroot made the exciting move to our very own 70 acre farm in Harriston, Ontario. We grow certified organic produce, raise pastured poultry & Berkshire pork, produce free-range eggs and keep honeybees. Our products are available through our Community Shared Agriculture program, and at the weekly Elora Farmers' Market (Saturdays 9am-1pm).

Copernicus is a famous education material company that is located in Arthur Ontario. Carly, the owner of The Owl’s Nest, also taught the daughter of one of their best employees when she was in the public school system. Here are some details:

In 1989, after taking early retirement from a career in education, George developed a device he named the Science Block Kit, designed for teaching grade 3 to grade 7 simple physics. He then started a company and named it Copernicus. They manufactured and assembled the kits in the basement of their home, better known as their "sawdust days.” Then in 1993, with the help of a few friends, they put on our construction hats and built a 3500 sq ft shop and the rest is history.

Our wonderful educator, Katie, worked closely with her father, the owner of Plume’s on Main Street, to get us donations of flooring for our literacy room and paint for our entire school. We are so grateful for their generosity!
